FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

1. Where is your school located?
LEWB is situated in Pretoria East, Meyerspark, about 12 minutes away from Menlyn Mall.

2. Does LEWB offer online education?
Yes, we provide online sessions and in-person classes.

3. How many teachers does the school have?
LEWB currently has four experienced teachers as of the publication of this article.

4. When am I required to make payment?
All fees must be paid upfront and in full before the commencement of classes or services.

5. Does LEWB offer special-needs education?
Yes, we teach children and adults with ADHD, dyslexia, and Down syndrome.

6. I struggle with expressing myself fluently in English; which type of course should I enrol in?
As a start, we suggest signing up for conversational English. This way, you will build your English vocabulary in everyday language. We offer four levels divided into three categories: beginner, intermediate, and advanced. The beginner phase consists of levels 1 and 2, the intermediate phase of level 3, and the advanced phase of level 4.

7. Do you offer discounts?
Yes. We offer 15% off when you pay for the first month and attend at least twice a week. 

8. Do you accommodate the LGBTQ community?
Yes, LEWB is a safe environment for all. We are not prejudiced against minority groups, nor do we promote discrimination.

9. What teaching materials do you use, are we required to pay for the books?
We use e-books. No, our students are not required to pay for the books. Our books are part of the package when you pay monthly.

10. Do you offer a ‘pay-as-go’ payment option?
No. We only accept monthly and biweekly (every two weeks) payments.

11. Can I make a cash payment?
No, we only accept EFT payments.

12. Do you offer group sessions?
Yes, we accept groups of no more than five people. This is because we devote special attention to each learner, and our teaching methods are tailored to each individual's needs.

13. How long has the school been operating?
LEWB was founded in South Africa in 2021 and was formally registered as a private company in 2023.

14. Do you offer Saturday school?
Yes. On Saturday we’re open from 09:00-15:00.

15. I know this is a tricky question and it depends on each person, but based on your experience, how long does it normally take to start seeing results when taking your lessons?
On average, around 2-3 months when you attend 2-3 times a week. Obviously, it depends on how committed a person is and how often they practise what we teach at home. At LEWB, we take a personal development approach. We don't just focus on language learning; we help you grow in all areas through English.
