Learn English with Bathabile (LEWB) operates honestly and ethically throughout South Africa. We work hard to maintain the high calibre of our operations, services, and operations while building a solid reputation for responsibility, accountability, honesty, fairness, respect, integrity, and sound business sense.

It is not in the company's best interests for teachers, employees, or affiliates to engage in any unlawful or unethical behaviour. LEWB does not compromise its principles for short-term advantage. In essence, the ethical performance of this company is the sum of the ethics of the men and women who work here.

We are all therefore required to uphold high standards of personal integrityOur company's management, educators, and staff members shouldn’t ever allow their personal interests to infringe upon or appear to infringe upon the interests of the company, its clients, or affiliates. Every employee is required to exercise extreme caution to avoid portraying LEWB in a negative light. Teachers and other staff members are to refrain from exploiting workplace contacts to enhance their personal or private commercial interests at the expense of the company, its clients, or affiliates. Bribes or other similar remuneration may not be supplied to any individual to induce or influence commercial conduct. Employees are to refrain from attracting or influencing commercial activities through the use of gifts, gratuities, fees, bonuses, or excessive entertainment.

LEWB employees occasionally come into contact with or possess confidential or business-sensitive information. In such circumstances, we take appropriate actions to ensure that such information is strictly safeguarded. Confidential and sensitive business information about our company, other companies, individuals, and entities is treated with sensitivity and discretion and is only disseminated on a need-to-know basis.
